Warranty Coverage
(Valid in India for the original end-customer only)
Your Snapfit Lifestyle product is covered against specific issues:
- Beds & Wardrobes: Frame bending and noise issues.
- Coffee Tables, Bedside Tables, Shoe Racks, Book Shelves: Defects in hinges or sliders.
- Recliners: Malfunctioning mechanisms.
- Sofas & Sofa-cum-Beds: Mechanism faults, foam sagging, and frame bending.
Important Reporting Timelines:
- Manufacturing defects: Must be reported within 10 days of delivery or installation.
- Physical damage: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note: Photos and videos are required for all claims.
What's Not Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from moisture, water exposure, or pests.
- Rust or damage caused by direct sunlight.
- Damage due to improper movement or installation.
- Furniture that has been relocated, altered, or not maintained according to our care guidelines.
- Fabric or stitching issues on sofas.
- Defects related to MDF board.
- Natural characteristics of wood, such as expansion, minor cracks, glue lines, or joint shifts.
Please remember: The warranty is non-transferable and requires your Order ID for validation. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Care Instructions for Your Furniture
To ensure the longevity of your Snapfit Lifestyle furniture, please follow these guidelines:
- Dusting: Regularly dust with a clean microfiber cloth.
- Cleaning: Use a damp, wood-friendly cleanser and wipe dry immediately.
- Spills: Blot spills gently with a clean cloth; do not rub or or use coarse fabric.
- Avoid: Direct sunlight, sharp objects, excessive moisture, heat, alcohol, and harsh chemicals.
- Moving Furniture: Always lift furniture when moving it; do not drag.
- Professional Cleaning: We recommend professional cleaning every 6-8 months.
- Humidity: Maintain consistent humidity levels to prevent wood warping.
Note: Unevenness of up to 5mm is considered normal due to variations in surfaces or flooring. Our delivery team will not perform any civil work, such as wall drilling.

For a successful return, please ensure the product is in its original condition and includes all original packaging, manuals, the warranty card, and any accessories.
